I bought a poster a while back and never got around to getting it framed until recently. The process was very easy. I purchased the upgrade from the website, and then sent my poster with a copy of the receipt in. After what felt like a very quick turn around, especially being close to Christmas, I received my framed poster back in a very secure package. I purchased the Xavier University Cintas Center photo from the university bookstore and I then mailed it to Blakeway (ordered the Deluxe Frame) and it is amazing. I never expected it to be this nice. The frame is very high quality, durable, and the color matte they used matched perfectly. The frame came with the hanging hardware installed on the frame and that was very nicely done too. I received the frame in about a week and the company emailed me when they received the photo and when they shipped it. I can not wait to give it to my son at his graduation! Very happy with this purchase.
